The Krewe of Endymion brings a Mardi Gras extravaganza to the biggest crowds of the season. Taking its name from the god of fertility, Endymion features the grandest of floats, the most plentiful of throws and a celebrity Grand Marshall. 2,000 riders will be tossing long beads, key chains, bobble-headed Endymion dolls and stuffed blinky bear dolls. For all of the Mardi Gras parades, you'll have a commanding comfortable view from our grandstand seating in the 200 block of St. Charles Avenue. Equipped with restroom and within easy access to downtown parking and to a large selection of food and beverages, the Royal Grandstand is available for all Orleans parades, from February 13, 2009 thru Mardi Gras Day.
